Collecting Data for the PRESS
Updated: Aug 4
Now that you know what the PRESS is and how knowing yourself is the starting point for your success, it's time to get started! Below are the links to each assessment. Don't do so many assessments all at once that you burn out and start giving suboptimal answers, as that will give you suboptimal direction for starting a successful career; take breaks at least between every few assessments! The quality of your assessment results is very important because these results will help you make career decisions you'll be living with for a long time.
Before starting your assessments, open a word processor and copy and paste in this template (alternatively, you can draft an e-mail to yourself if a word processor is not available): Assessment Results for the PRESS. Fill in the answers for each assessment as you complete it, so you’ll have assessment results consolidated for analysis. While you could complete all of this on a mobile device, using a laptop or desktop computer will be much faster and easier for completing the assessments and switching between windows to add your results to the template.

It's worth saying again: The quality of your answers is paramount! Don't overthink questions or put pressure on yourself during the assessments. Take the assessments when you’ve had enough (but not too much) food, water, and rest, and when you're not stressed.
Good luck!
After finishing your assessments and adding your results to the template linked above, save or e-mail yourself your completed template and then go to the next step.
